Questions, skill reports, press, partnerships. One form, answered by the team.
Use the form on this page. It goes straight to the Vander Labs team at REN16, and we answer within two business days.
A few things that help us help you faster:
- Reporting a skill. Include the skill's link and what was wrong or unsafe about it. If your AI produced a bad result, a short description of the task helps.
- Account or connector problems. Tell us which AI client you are connecting (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code) and what you see. Never send us your connector URL; reset it from Settings instead if you think it has leaked.
- Creators. For questions about a review decision, mention the skill title. Review usually takes up to 3 days, so if it has been less than that, it is probably still in the queue.
- Privacy requests. Say what you would like us to do (access, correct, delete, export) and we will confirm your identity through your account email before acting.
- Press and partnerships. A line about who you are and what you have in mind is enough to start.
