Brand voice guide

So everything you publish sounds like one person

Your AI writes the voice and tone guide a new writer reads on day one, the way a content lead would: traits with habits, tone by situation, mechanics, word lists, before-and-after pairs and a paste-ready block for any AI assistant.

What your AI learns

  • Extracts voice patterns from your real writing samples
  • Builds a tone matrix for errors, outages and angry customers, not only marketing
  • Produces a 15-line instruction block that makes any AI sound like you

How it works

  1. Read the samples: Sentence length, vocabulary, person, humor and habits measured from real writing, with quoted examples.
  2. Name the traits: Three or four, each with concrete habits and a does-not-mean list.
  3. Tone matrix: Six to eight real situations with the reader's state, what to dial up or down, and an example line.
  4. Mechanics: Person, contractions, casing, numerals, dates, product names, emoji and exclamation policy.
  5. Word lists: Words the brand uses and avoids with replacements and reasons, plus exact feature and plan names.
  6. Before and after: At least eight pairs across situations, rewritten into the voice with a note on what changed.
  7. AI instruction block: A 10 to 15 line version written as instructions, ready to paste into custom instructions.
  8. Review checklist: Ten yes-or-no questions a writer runs before publishing.
  9. Ownership: Who approves changes, where the guide lives, and when it is revisited.

Limits and safety

  • Keeps the guide under 2,000 words; a guide no one reads is not a guide.
  • Defers grammar questions outside the guide to a named style manual.
