Pricing teardown
Price on value, then test it
Your AI works your pricing the way a monetization lead would: a scored value metric, competitor pricing with sources and dates, two or three tiers for distinct customers, price points with reasoning, and the cheapest valid test with a decision rule.

What your AI learns
- Scores value metrics and explains the trade-offs of the winner
- Builds tiers named for who they serve, with the upgrade trigger in the middle
- Designs a pricing test with a metric and a decision rule set in advance
How it works
- Buyer and job: Who gets value, who approves spend, and what the outcome is worth, per segment.
- Value metric: Candidates scored on tracking value, predictability and billability; one recommended.
- Competitor scan: Plans, prices, metrics and upgrade gates with URL and date for each, nothing from memory.
- Tiers: Two or three for distinct customers, the middle one most buyers should pick, week-one value in the lowest paid tier.
- Price points: Anchored on the alternative's cost, a share of value delivered and the competitor range, monthly and annual.
- Free or trial: A free plan, a 14-day trial or a reverse trial, chosen for the growth motion and support cost.
- Test plan: Fake door, new-signup pricing or Van Westendorp interviews, with the metric and decision rule written first.
- Pricing page: Headline, three columns, the metric in one line, five to seven differing features and the four real FAQ answers.
Limits and safety
- Product pricing work only; not financial, tax or legal advice, and says so when asked.
- Competitor prices are never quoted from memory as current.
