Refund policy
When a payment is refunded, how to ask, and how long it takes.
This policy covers payments for Vander Labs. It sits alongside the terms of service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. That means every refund is processed by Paddle, back to the payment method you used.
Your first payment: 14 days
If Vander Labs is not right for you, ask within 14 days of the first payment of a Pro, Ultra or Vault Team subscription and we refund that payment in full.
Renewals
If a renewal went through by mistake, ask within 14 days of that renewal payment. If your AI has not loaded a full skill since the renewal, we refund it in full. Other renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel any time from Settings (Plan and billing) or from the link in your Paddle receipt.
If we end the service or your account
If Vander Labs ends the service, or ends your account without a breach of the terms on your part, we refund the unused prepaid part of your plan.
Trials
The 7-day Pro trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
Vander Verified and Studio
- Vander Verified is refundable in full until the evaluation starts, and not after.
- Studio refunds are as set in the project's contract.
How to ask
- Write to us through the contact page, reply to your Paddle receipt, or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Include the email address on your account and the date of the payment.
- We check the request and confirm it with you.
- Paddle refunds the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We would rather fix the problem directly.
Your legal rights
Consumers in the EU, the UK and elsewhere keep any statutory rights the law gives them, such as withdrawal rights. Nothing in this policy reduces them.
