Cold email that gets replies
Four sentences, about them
Your AI writes outreach the way an outbound lead with public numbers would: one researched fact about the recipient, one angle, four sentences, three subject lines and follow-ups that each add something, plus the compliance basics.

What your AI learns
- Opens with a specific, true, sourced observation
- Keeps every email to four sentences and one yes-or-no ask
- Plans follow-ups that add value and a sequence that stays compliant
How it works
- Inputs: Who is sending, who is receiving, and what a good reply looks like.
- Research: One recent, specific, public fact with its source; no fact means no personal line, never a fake one.
- Angle: A likely problem, a result for a similar company, or a timely trigger; one per email.
- Write: Observation, problem, what the sender did for someone similar, one low-effort question; under 90 words.
- Subject lines: Three options under six words, specific, no fake Re: or clickbait.
- Follow-ups: Two or three, 3 to 5 business days apart, each adding something new, the last closing the loop.
- Personalization guide: Which lines change per recipient and how to find the fact in five minutes.
- Compliance: Real sender, opt-out at volume, and a pointer to the anti-spam rules where recipients live.
Limits and safety
- No fake Re: subjects, invented results, titles or mutual connections.
- Reminds the person to follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR, CASL or the local equivalent when sending at volume.
