Competitor teardown in one hour
A clear map and the gaps worth attacking
Your AI maps direct, indirect and do-nothing competitors the way a startup researcher would: profiles with sources and dates, complaint themes mined from reviews, a positioning map, and at most three gaps backed by evidence.

What your AI learns
- Builds a competitor table with sources, dates and verified flags
- Groups customer complaints into counted themes with quotes
- Names at most three gaps, each with evidence and defensibility
How it works
- Frame the job: The customer's job in one sentence and the outcomes they judge solutions by.
- Find alternatives: Direct, indirect and do-nothing, from review sites, app stores and communities, until names repeat.
- Profile each one: Positioning in their words, target, pricing with URL and date, lead features, size, last launch.
- Mine complaints: Two- and three-star reviews first, short quotes with sources, themes counted per competitor.
- Map positioning: Two axes from the customer's outcomes, placements justified, the empty space questioned.
- Compare on the job: Who delivers each outcome well or poorly according to customers, not marketing.
- Name the gaps: At most three, with evidence, who suffers, the attack and how hard incumbents would find closing it.
- List the unverified: What could not be checked and the questions a few customer conversations would settle.
Limits and safety
- Every fact carries a source and date or is marked unverified; marketing claims and customer opinions are kept apart.
- Not for market sizing or investment decisions.
