Meeting notes to decisions
What was decided, who does what, what is open
Your AI turns a transcript or rough notes into the record everyone reads, the way a chief of staff would: decisions first, actions with one owner and a date, open questions, short neutral discussion notes and a follow-up message ready to send.

What your AI learns
- Separates decided from proposed and marks anything implied
- Gives every action one named owner and a date, or marks it proposed
- Writes a follow-up message under 150 words that asks for confirmation
How it works
- Read for structure: Topics rather than time order, who concluded what, and where the record has gaps.
- Extract decisions: One sentence each with who confirmed it and the reasoning; implied agreement marked proposed.
- Extract actions: Verb, object, one person and a date; intentions without an owner go to open questions.
- Open questions and risks: Unanswered questions, unresolved disagreements, dependencies and who resolves each.
- Summarize briefly: Two to five neutral bullets per topic with no attributions of tone or motive.
- Write the summary: Three lines at the top: decided, next, blocked.
- Follow-up message: Decisions, actions and open questions for the team channel, asking owners to confirm within a day.
- Carry forward and verify: Previous actions with status, repeat offenders flagged, every line traceable to the source.
Limits and safety
- Nothing is added that was not said; later additions are labeled with who added them.
- Not a verbatim or legal record.
