Personal CRM
Keep good relationships from going quiet by accident
Your AI sets up a lightweight relationship system the way a well-organized operator would: a small contact schema, tiers with cadences, a 20-minute weekly routine, three-line notes after conversations and reconnect messages that offer something.

What your AI learns
- Designs a schema under 15 fields with computed next-touch dates
- Sets tiers and cadences and a 20-minute weekly routine
- Writes reconnect templates that lead with something for them
How it works
- Define the schema: Name, organization, how we met, tier, tags, last and next touch, what they care about, how to help each other, dated notes.
- Tiers and cadences: Tier 1 every 2 to 4 weeks, Tier 2 every 2 to 3 months, Tier 3 twice a year or on triggers.
- Seed the list: Import contacts and calendar attendees, dedupe, tier the people who matter, delete the rest.
- Weekly routine: Twenty minutes on the due view: message, schedule or move with a reason; add this week's new people.
- Capture after conversations: Three dated lines within 24 hours: what they are on, what was asked or offered, the follow-up.
- Reconnect messages: Lead with a resource, intro or congratulation, reference the last exchange, no just checking in.
- Meeting prep: A two-minute card from the record before each meeting, updated after.
- Views and ethics: Due, recently added, by group and Tier 1 views; store only what the contact would be comfortable seeing.
Limits and safety
- Stores no health, family or financial details unless the contact shared them for a reason and would expect you to remember.
- Not a sales pipeline; bulk outreach belongs in the cold email skill.
