Vault for teams

Give your company's AI the playbooks only your company has: private skills for your people, every public skill too, and a record of every use.

What Vault is

Vault is Vander Labs for companies. Every seat gets every reviewed public skill, loaded in full, plus your company's private skills: the way your team writes a proposal, reviews code or answers a customer, written down once so every person's AI follows it. Your people keep the AI they already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code), each with their own connector URL, and their AI loads the right skill, public or private, by itself.

How private skills work

  • Editors write private skills in the Studio editor, which they open from your team page. Private skills use the same SKILL.md format as public ones.
  • A private skill's id starts with your team's slug, and it publishes to your team without Vander Labs review. You decide what your team's AI follows.
  • Your members' AI sees the team's private skills next to their own library and loads one when a request matches.

What stays private

  • Private skills are visible only to members of your team and their author.
  • Vander Labs staff cannot read them in the product.
  • They are never used for the public catalog and never ranked in the Skill Index.
  • We never sell data, show ads, or train AI models on member data.

Roles

  • Owners and admins manage people and seats.
  • Editors write private skills.
  • Members use them.

People join by invitation. Each invitation is an email link, valid for 14 days, that must be accepted with the email address it was sent to.

Audit log

Every load of a private skill is written to your team's audit log: who loaded which skill, when, and in which AI client. Owners and admins read it on the team page.

Seats and billing

  • Vault Team is $79 per seat a month, billed yearly ($948 per seat a year), from 10 seats. Up to 1,000 seats can be bought online, and more by contract.
  • Adding seats charges the rest of the billing year now, prorated. Removing seats credits your next bill. Seats can not go below the number of members.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our merchant of record, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends the invoice.
  • If the plan ends, private skills and seats pause until it is renewed.

Vault Enterprise

From $60,000 a year, by contract and invoice. It adds single sign-on (SSO), audit export, an SLA, a choice of where your data is stored, and a dedicated skill engineer.

How to start

  1. Open the pricing page and choose Vault Team.
  2. Name the team, choose the number of seats and pay through Paddle's checkout.
  3. Open your team page, invite your people and write your first private skill.
